Hubdoc is a document management solution for small businesses. You can also use it to capture data from financial documents and convert it into transactions in Xero.

You can add documents to Hubdoc via an automated account connection, email or manual upload. Once they’re added, key data is extracted, such as supplier name, date, and total amount. The documents are then organised using tags and folders.
